Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Abaya For Women account and personal data at any time. This applies to our website (abayaforwomen.com) and our Android app Abaya For Women on Google Play.

How to request deletion

In the app: sign in, open Account, then tap Delete My Account. This opens a pre-filled email to our support team. Send that email.

By email: email support@abayaforwomen.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We may reply to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.

What we delete

Your customer account and the personal data linked to it: name, email address, phone number, saved addresses and order history linked to your account.

Product reviews you wrote can also be removed if you ask in the same email.

What we may keep

Records we must keep by law, such as order invoices and payment records for tax and accounting.

We keep these only for as long as the law requires and do not use them for marketing.
