Shipment Terms

We are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery process to help you understand how we handle your orders.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all locations within Pakistan. Our services are carried out by trusted and reputable courier companies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 4-7 working days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 4-7 working days, depending on your location and product availability. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or delays by the courier service. While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders over Rs. 5000 are eligible for free shipping within Pakistan.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders under Rs. 5000.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery online. If you need any assistance with tracking, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Packaging and Handling

We take great care in packaging your items securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All products are carefully inspected and packed by our team before shipment.

Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that, although rare, sometimes issues can arise with the product you receive. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or phone, and we will:

  • Provide a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a refund for the damaged/defective item.

To process your return, we may request photos of the damaged product. Please ensure the item is kept in its original packaging until we resolve the issue.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processed, we aim to ship it as quickly as possible. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after the order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Please stay tuned for updates on international shipping availability.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to help:

  • Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email or phone. To expedite the process, we may request photos of the damaged product.
  • Replacement or Refund Options: Depending on the situation and your preference, we will:
    • Arrange for a replacement of the damaged or defective item at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a full refund for the item if a replacement is not possible.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Return Policy for Non-Defective Items

For items that are not damaged or defective, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless stated otherwise in the product description. We encourage you to review the product details, size guide, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Unused and Unworn: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return for eligible items, please follow these steps:

  2. Arrange Pickup or Drop-Off: Our team will guide you through arranging a return, whether by a scheduled pickup or by dropping off the item at a designated location, depending on your convenience.
  3. Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days once we receive the item and verify its condition.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend:

  • Placing a New Order: You may place a new order for the desired item. If the original item qualifies for a return as per our policy, we will process it as a separate return.
