Return Shipping Costs

For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Abaya For Women will cover the applicable return shipping costs. Please follow our team's return instructions before sending an item back.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are subject to approval and the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

• The return request must be submitted within the applicable return period confirmed by our team.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a return, unless the issue is covered by our damaged or defective product policy.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or use after delivery.

• Products returned without prior approval.

• Sale or promotional products clearly marked as non-returnable, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be reviewed separately.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after the return or claim has been reviewed and approved.

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to arrange an appropriate refund method.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

• Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is our responsibility or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for the return:

• Damaged, defective, or incorrect product: Return shipping costs will be covered by Abaya For Women for approved claims.

• Other eligible returns: Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
